Set Per-Transaction Spend Limits on Pluto Cards

Updated over a week ago

Pluto lets you control spending at the transaction level. With per-transaction spend limits, you can set the maximum amount that can be spent in a single swipe, tap, or charge.

This feature helps reduce risk, enforce policies, and avoid accidental overspending by automatically declining any transaction that exceeds the specified limit.

Example: If you set a 1,000 AED limit, any transaction above that amount will be automatically declined. You can set limits when creating a new Pluto card or add/edit limits on an existing Pluto card.
