Use Pluto's built-in card controls and reporting tools to respond quickly if something looks wrong.
Manage card security controls
Lock or unlock a card from the Cards page whenever you need to pause spending or reactivate a card.
Review card limits and controls to manage where and how a card can be used.
Check card activity regularly so unusual transactions are spotted early.
Report suspicious activity
From Transaction details, use Report suspicious activity to open Security Center with that transaction linked.
From Settings -> Personal Settings -> Security Center, submit a general security report or link a card transaction before sending it.
After submission, keep the reference in Recent reports so your team has an auditable record of what was reported and when.
When to contact support
If you think a card or account may have been compromised, use the messenger in Pluto after taking any immediate card actions you need.
