Who is the authorized signatory?
Updated over 2 years ago

Authorized signatory refers to the individual(s) within a company who have relevant decision-making power internally.

Your company may have an explicit corporate policy on who has signing authority. Authorized signatory is commonly amongst founders, senior officers, directors, and finance employees. If you're confused you should refer to your trade license and M.O.A to confirm.
