How can we change the name on the card after a staff member has resigned?

The card can’t be transferred from one user to another. Please deactivate the account of the resigned employee and set up a new one for the new team member. Once that's done, kindly ask the user to complete the KYC process to get access to the cards module. Afterward, you can assign a card to the user.
